The early years industry is well known to be in a constant cycle of change and currently, we are getting prepared for the new EYFS in September. This can provide uncertainty with staff and the best way to inform staff of changes and support their professional development is through CPD training. Busy Bees Education and Training pride ourselves in forward-thinking and ensuring our training is up to date and most importantly engaging.

How does the subscription work?

If 5 people or more from a nursery setting want to book on, each subscription would cost £15 each for the year.

Whereas an individual 12-month subscription to the Early Years Training Bundle is £50.

Busy Bees Education and Training courses are written by industry experts and our ethos is to support the childcare sector in any way we can. Launching this affordable training bundle is one of the many ways we support Early Years professionals and nursery settings to thrive. We know that COVID-19 has placed barriers on early years professionals and children, which is why our courses have been designed to support you and your setting.

What’s included in the Training Bundle?

E-learning courses

We have designed an excellent subscription to our childcare centered e-learning courses that will support staff to gain the knowledge and skills so that your setting can provide outstanding care.

Our e-learning subscription is supported by our Virtual Learning Academy (VLA) So staff can complete courses as and when they need to, providing complete flexibility around busy lives. As well as this the VLA offers full mobile and tablet optimization so you can take our CPD courses anytime, anywhere.

As well as this all courses comprise of interactive and engaging activities and content that cater for all learning styles. Our courses are created with accessibility in mind, which is why our courses contain subtitles, and all learners are expected to complete a quiz which they need to achieve 100% to receive their online badge and certificate. This ensures that learners retain the information they have learned during the course.

In addition to this, we provide multiple feedback opportunities on the VLA which are regularly reviewed to ensure that we are providing the best experience for our learners. We want to ensure we’re offering helpful, engaging courses that will want staff members to invest in themselves with CPD. Every month we’ll be adding more early years courses, so your teams are able to stay on top of the ever-changing childcare industry.

Managers’ resources

Our subscription offers unique reporting features, providing nursery managers the opportunity to run reports on the courses staff have completed, which can be used as later evidence during nursery inspections.

There will also be access to downloadable resources such as policy templates and risk assessments to suit your own setting.

Live sessions

You will be offered discounted rates off of our 20 live sessions which are presenter led by our trainers who bring a great mix of style and delivery. These sessions give you the opportunity to engage with our trainers and interact with other learners on the course too.
