Job Description

Busy Bees Education and Training is a national, award winning, OUTSTANDING (Ofsted 2017) training provider committed to developing world class professionals with the knowledge, skills, and commitment to deliver exceptional care.

We have been delivering apprenticeships since 2003 and, due to the success we achieved through our in-house offering with Busy Bees Nurseries, in 2013 we launched Busy Bees Education and Training, in order to offer apprenticeships and short courses to employers and care professionals throughout the UK.

Today, we deliver over 70 apprenticeships, accredited courses and CPD programmes to over 2500 learners across the country. We work with a wider range of employers from within childcare, catering, residential care, adult care, clinical care, and management and have helped them to upskill 4000 employees so far.

Your Mission

As a Sales Support Apprentice you will help support the Commercial Sales function to ensure a smooth transition from initial enquiry to assisting onboarding our clients as they begin their learning with Busy Bees Education and Training. This support role is vital, acting as a bridge between sales and operations to ensure we deliver an excellent service to our clients. This role will be varied and interesting and no two days will be the same as you support the busy Sales team generate interest in our products and services then helping on board them onto our varied training programmes.

Key Tasks

  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
  • Assist in generating leads and following up enquiries
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer data and activity in CRM system
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Assist in the fulfilment of all customer needs
  • Help the team achieve are required KPI’s

Requirements for the Role

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Resilient and self-motivated
  • Goal orientated
  • Good relationship building skills
  • 5 GCSE’s, grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths) DESIRABLE
