This qualification is ideal for those currently employed in a role that is primarily customer service focused and are looking to develop their skills in this area. A customer service practitioner will provide high-quality service to customers delivered at the workplace and will deal with a wide selection of activities such as orders, payments, offering advice, fixing problems and more.

The duration of this course is 15 months and this includes an End Point Assessment (EPA).

Course details

The learner will treat customers as individuals, to provide a personalised customer service plan and use communication to clearly establish customer expectation. Some of the learning topics during the course will include:

  • Establishing facts to calculate the best customer service requirements for an individual
  • Knowing how to use systems, equipment and technology to meet customer needs
  • Understanding the difference between internal and external customers
  • Knowing organisational core values and how they can be used to provide a relevant customer service culture
  • Understanding brand promise and what is required in customer service.

    Entry Requirements

    To be suitable for an Intermediate Apprenticeship with Busy Bees Training, you will need:

    • Must be employed in a role which involves provision of Customer Service
    • To be willing and able to access a Busy Bees training centre on occasions throughout your course to aid your learning
