Apprentices Bring Stories to Life for National Storytelling Week

Dust off your red cape and dig out those big bad wolf ears: it’s National Storytelling Week!
Learners in Busy Bees nurseries across the country are celebrating the power of storytelling as they take part in the annual, week-long celebration.
The concept which was developed by The Society for Storytelling, aims to promote the oral tradition of storytelling and encourages institutions across the country to get involved.
The event will take place from Monday 29 January to Friday 2 February, during which the learners will be challenged to tell their favourite children’s story book to the children in their care using props and costumes.
