Live from the Hive - our new Podcast!

 We're excited to announce our new podcast which we are launching in October - it's been discussed at length for a while now, but we are almost ready to share the content with you!

Although it's been a collective effort, our CPD Manager, Paul Moore, has been really keen to get this out in the world. Paul will be the constant voice throughout the episodes and wants to share the experience, opinions, and insights we have as a company. We'll be bringing you insights from our team along with industry experts and professionals on all topics to do with education, training courses, and apprenticeships.

Among our first episodes, we will focus on mental health in early years, something Paul has huge experience with. He has been working in the childcare industry for over 20 years and in Training for the past 10 years, Paul is passionate about inspiring others to give their very best for the children they care for. One of Paul’s key focuses is young children’s mental health. He believes it’s not talked about enough and its importance is undervalued, so you can expect him to have some strong views, making for a very enjoyable listen when this episode airs.

As a company, we have vast experience delivering, not only childcare training for Busy Bees nurseries, but also a wide range of apprenticeships working with some amazing companies. We're hoping that we will be able to feature some of our learners and clients in these discussions, to help provide some more in-depth understanding of the apprenticeship journey.
