Job Description

This is a 12 month maternity cover.


Your Mission

As an Onboarding Officer your mission is to be responsible for welcoming and onboarding learners and employers onto the start of their learning journey. You will deliver outstanding customer service and provide effective Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to all learners. Our commitment is to ensure all learners that start an apprenticeship with Busy Bees Education and Training are the right learner, on the right programme to achieve the right outcome. You will work with learners, employers and the wider team to ensure all learners are enrolled in a timely manner.


Key Tasks

Provide an outstanding experience for all learners and customers

Build and develop relationships with other departments

Enrol and induct learners onto their learning programme in a compliant and timely manner

Provide IAG to the learner and employer

Booking inductions and being compliant


Requirements for the Role

Knowledge and experience of apprenticeships and the relevant sectors is advantageous

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to work unsupervised and maintain work efficiency

Strong communication and IT skills

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

Use different online platforms effectively


Qualifications

Business Admin (D)

Maths and English (D)

Education and Training L3 (D)


Experience 

Working within one or more of the sectors we deliver

Working with external stakeholders and developing relationships

Using IT systems


Knowledge

Basic understanding of apprenticeships and the requirements to achieve

ESFA Funding plus other funding streams
