6 Reasons to take part in a childcare apprenticeship

13/12/2017

We think working in childcare is an incredible career that propels you into learning and furthering your career path. Here are our top 6 reasons as to why we think working at Busy Bees Nurseries is a rewarding career.

Earn whilst you Learn.

Our apprenticeship program allows you to earn a wage every month alongside undertaking your studies. This makes childcare a fantastic job for career opportunities.

Making a difference in children’s lives.

After those particularly long and tiring days, you can always head home knowing you’ve made a difference in a child’s life. Whether it is helping them count from 1 to 5 or helping them remember that nursery rhyme they keep forgetting. Each achievement is a step forward in their development and learning and you can be proud knowing you helped them reach that step.

Shaping the future generation.

Each day you are working with children who will one day be our Doctors, Nurses, Engineers, Business Managers, Firefighters and more! Every day you are introducing the children to new aspects of life, shaping them into the person they will one day become.

Bringing joy to children.

Hearing the children laugh and have fun with the activity you prepared for them not only brings the children joy but also for yourself!

Serving a purpose

Knowing that each day you go to work you are making a difference in a child’s life is an incredible accomplishment that every Nursery worker should be proud of. Often our Nursery Practitioners are with children from 3 Months - 5 years old. Seeing a child grow and develop through those key stages is incredibly rewarding and a true perk of being a Nursery Practitioner.
