We are dedicated to providing you with access to ongoing high quality and impartial information, advice and guidance enabling you to make informed decisions to help you achieve your goals.
When you begin your learning journey with Busy Bees you will have access to ongoing information, advice and guidance. Our free, impartial advice and guidance will support you in helping you reach your career goals. In addition you can contact your Training Officer who can direct you to specialist agencies to access their services or to get information and advice on many issues.
You will be able to access impartial information, advice and guidance at many stages throughout the programme.

- Employer training needs analysis.
- Learner and employer review
Throughout the programme:
- Thorough induction to the programme
- Health, safety and welfare risk assessment
- Support in completing the programme
- Additional support services guidance individual to the learners' needs
- Learner and employer review
Upon leaving the programme:
- Impartial information advice and guidance on progression routes available.
- Learner exit interview
- Employer and learner review
You can also access information, advice and guidance at any point during your programme by speaking to your Training Officer.
In January 2014, Busy Bees Training Academy achieved the Matrix standard. The Matrix Standard is the unique quality standard for organisations to assess and measure their advice and support services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.
