This course explores how to reﬂect on your setting to ensure that outstanding practice is implemented every day. You will understand the role of self reﬂection in demonstrating outstanding practice. You will also develop best practice, for getting it right ﬁrst time for every child and their family from their experiences with you and your staff. You will develop skills to enable you to identify and deal with conﬂict and motivation in relation to staff members to improve retention and turnover of staff.
