This course explores how to reflect on your setting to ensure that outstanding practice is implemented every day. You will understand the role of self reflection in demonstrating outstanding practice. You will also develop best practice, for getting it right first time for every child and their family from their experiences with you and your staff. You will develop skills to enable you to identify and deal with conflict and motivation in relation to staff members to improve retention and turnover of staff.
