Staff teams can be very diverse, made-up of people from
different backgrounds at varying stages of life with contrasting
experiences. If any of those experiences are putting staff members at
risk, employers have a duty of care you have for the staff member, as well as
your company.
Our safeguarding employees course aims to raise awareness of circumstances where staff members could be at risk and follows up with actions which employers and managers can take to safeguard their employees.
During the session cover a range of topics including:
Domestic violence
Forced marriage
Concerning behaviour away from the job
Addictions and the range of other topics
This session is primarily targeted toward company owners, management and senior staff, however, raising awareness of different situations where colleagues are at risk could be beneficial for staff in general.
