Job Description


Your Mission

You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recording of all data required to meet contractual and financial obligations. You will oversee and control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies. Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously. Review procedures reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues. Understand that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.

Key Tasks

· Lead a team to ensure compliance with its statutory and regulatory funding duties and requirements for learner provision

· Act as a source of internal advice and coordinator across departments for data returns, funding updates, and regulatory updates

· Provide accurate data and reports to the Senior Leadership Team

· Fulfil contractual requirements including Accountability Framework

· Work effectively with all departments

· Periodically conduct audits and reviews to ensure execution of compliance standards for all parts of the learner journey

· Update data in Pics CRM and government portals to ensure accuracy

· Lead external audit visits with regulatory bodies.

Requirements for the Role

· Excellent knowledge of the training industry

· Apprenticeship Training provider experience at least 2 years

· Prior experience in leading a team

· Self-motivator

· Able to work unsupervised and maintain work efficiency.

Qualifications

· Level 2 English and Maths.

Experience

· Working with external stakeholders and developing relationships

· Ofsted Inspections

· Lead ESFA audits and Countability Framework

· ILR returns.

Knowledge

· Excellent understanding of apprenticeships and the requirements to achieve

· Standards and curriculum

· CRM systems

· ESFA Funding plus other funding streams.

Personal Qualities

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers

· Organised

· Working independently
