Job Description

Your Mission
To support eLearning team to work more effectively and efficiently to provide high-quality industry-leading courses. You will identify ways to reduce processes and repetition and provide great customer support in the use of our VLA. 

Key Tasks
Producing written reports for analysis across all departments

·         Reviewing and maintaining all areas of the current Virtual Learning Platform (Moodle Site)

·         Offering advice and guidance to develop the system to suit all clients

·         Working with others, such as content producers and Videographer to enable a seamless transition of courses onto the platform

·         Managing time and work to meet targets within projects

·         Managing and supporting the online shop function of the platform

·         Providing technical support to users

·         Creation and maintenance of internal and external user accounts.

Requirements for the Role

 IT knowledge and the ability to develop in competence to use new software quickly

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Attention to detail.

 

Qualifications

·         Maths and English

·         IT qualifications

 

Experience
Experience in working with LMS such as Moodle, to publish course content
Experience in customer focuses and business-focused environment.


Knowledge

·        LMS systems

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers

·         Strong decision-making skills
Organised.
