About the role
As a Development Coach, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and support to apprentices throughout their apprenticeship, providing tailored coaching, guidance, and mentoring to help them develop their skills, meet their learning objectives, and ultimately achieve their qualifications all in a timely manner. You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional service to learners and clients whilst maintaining standards and regulatory requirements. You will manage your own diary to ensure you are delivering against your KPIs, using a mixture of assessment methods including scheduled face to face visits and online appointments.
