We are looking for a proven Education and Quality Manager that can work autonomously from home and will have proven experience in the education sector.
This role is a home based and can be based from anywhere in England, however you will still need to travel across the UK as part of your role as requested with flexibility to travel to Shenstone for regular meetings based at our head office.

Key Outcomes
As the Education and Quality Manager you will work closely with the Quality and Education team but will also have a supporting role across the Operations team. Focus will be upon improving the teaching and assessment practice of our delivery team and ensuring a positive learning journey for all our learners.
· Champion our eportfolio system including delivering training to staff, analysis of trends and data, and liaison with accounts managers.
· Senco lead including chairing relevant meetings, undertaking quality checks, and managing the Senco register.
· Liaising with colleagues in the operations team to support the delivery of qualifications and standards.
· Research and plan for new areas of delivery across a variety of sectors.
· Develop resources and activities to support the delivery of learning and capture assessment.
· Plan, deliver and evaluate best practice sessions in a variety of areas to support development coaches’ practice.
· Monitor, provide feedback and make recommendations of the CPD for development coaches.
· Support External Quality Assurance activities.
· Undertake quality audits to identify good practice and report on areas of required improvement.
· Drive and promote continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.
· Be enthusiastic and proactive in developing own skills within the workplace.
· Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development.
What you will bring to the role (requirements)
· At least 1 year experience as a qualified IQA (ideally two sector areas within care)
· At least 1 year’s recent experience within a line management role in the education sector
· L5 education and training qualification (or willing to work towards)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Have flexibility and be able to work to tight deadlines
· Organised and able to manage multiple activities
· Be willing to travel UK wide and attend regular meetings
