Job Description

As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for generating campaigns, upholding the brand and its values and creating engaging content that will lead to enquiries, Apprenticeship starts and course bookings. You will be expected to maximise every client touch point and ensure the brand is expanded through the usual social media channels. You will be expected to react to incoming enquiries promptly and efficiently to ensure you maximise every touch point and relationship

You will maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, generate enquiries and meet / exceed targets and KPIs.

This is a results driven role that requires tenacity and a desire to succeed, Busy Bees education and training are a market leader and require a Marketing Executive that will be looking to hit the ground running and achieve targets.

Key Tasks

  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Update and maintain accurate records
  • Can demonstrate good time management to maximise opportunities
  • All contracts reservation and funding are complete before learner inductions
  • Ensure KPIs set by the business are achieved.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Support our strategic development plan which sets out the vision and key targets for the growth of activity with Levy payers and strategic employer partners
  • Responsibility for the management of own KPI’s

Requirements for the Role

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
  • Experience of delivering across all social media & other professional platforms 
  • Resilience and self-motivated
  • Target driven
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Marketing qualification and or demonstrable experience
