This course represents front-line care workers who support adults in need. Adult Care Workers make their main objective to support adults with achieving their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible. A large proportion of adult care workers will operate in residential and nursing homes, domiciliary care and day centres.
Care workers demonstrate compassion and consideration as well as maintaining the individual’s dignity and respect. They also provide excellent communication skills to ensure the individual in care understands any important instructions. Whilst completing this course you will learn:
