Job Description

Your Mission

Our Business Development Executives are the start of the journey in delivering and empowering world - class professionals for both employers and learners.

You will be responsible for generating leads and closing out business through all methods at your disposal through prospecting, cold calling, face to face meetings and Teams calls etc. You will be expected to react to incoming enquiries promptly and efficiently to ensure you maximise every touch point and relationship.
You will maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, process sales and meet / exceed sales targets and KPIs.

This is a results driven role that requires tenacity and a desire to succeed, Busy Bees education and training are a market leader and require an executive that will be looking to hit the ground running and achieve targets.

Key Tasks

  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
  • Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer data and call activity in CRM system
  • Demonstrate good time management to maximise calls and opportunities
  • Ensure all contract reservation and funding are complete before learner inductions
  • Ensure KPIs set by the business are achieved
  • Support our strategic development plan which sets out the vision and key targets for the growth of activity with Levy payers and strategic employer partners
  • Responsibility for the management of own KPI’s
  • Contribute to the development of a marketing strategy to support the plans for growth
  • Carry out training need analysis to identify and upsell any additional services and products that fit the client’s requirements

  • Marketing or sales qualifications and or demonstrable experience
  • Maths and English

Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales role
  • A demonstrable record of hitting targets
  • Working in a training sector
  • Knowledge of Apprenticeships
  • Social media and other professional networks

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers
