This course provides learners with the knowledge needed to be a team leader / supervisor. Managers play an integral role in supporting organisational objectives, which makes this course an excellent qualification to help learners become more employable and develop their career prospects.

The duration of this course is typically 18 months. End Point Assessment (EPA) duration is 3 months. (21 months in total)

Course details

Learners will demonstrate the same important characteristics in the Level 2 Team Leading qualification as well as an understanding of analytics and measuring team performance. The course will provide the knowledge and development of skills in the following areas:

  • Encourage innovation
  • Support remote or virtual teams
  • Develop and maintain professional networks
  • Manage redundancy and redeployment

    Entry Requirements

    To be suitable for an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Management with Busy Bees Education and Training, you will need:

    • To be working as a supervisor or a first line manager
    • To be willing and able to access a Busy Bees training centre on occasions throughout your course to aid your learning
