In May we received the fantastic news that we’ve been named as the top employer for health and social care at the All About School Leavers Awards 2018.
It’s a really great achievement and a top reward for all our work providing training opportunities to young people. It also recognises our commitment to ensuring all care workers who undertake an apprenticeship or training course with us are given the skills to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
At the awards, we were also named one of the Top 100 Employers for School & College Leavers 2018, placing 53rd in the whole of the UK!
The All About School Leavers awards are extra special to us as winners are determined by feedback from apprentices and trainees from UK businesses and organisations, so it’s fantastic to know that our learners rate us so highly.
